Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Damaged Products:
We provide replacements no refund for products damaged during shipment after inspection within 15-20 days window after receiving the damaged item. If return pickup services are available, we’ll arrange for pickup; otherwise, the client may need to reship the parcel to us. A standard shipping cost of INR 100 will be refunded. If the same product is unavailable, a voucher/coupon code will be issued for future purchases.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Placed orders cannot be canceled or exchanged. If a specific item is unprocessable, it can be replaced with an equivalent or higher-value item, with the price difference paid. Alternatively, a coupon/voucher/gift card can be provided for future orders.

Handmade Products:
Handmade products with a making timeline (e.g., kundan jadau/traditional kemp jewelry) received damage will be remade or replaced with a gift card/voucher/coupon code for future use.

International Shipping:
Except for international shipping, a coupon/voucher/gift card, including shipping costs, will be provided for products damaged in transit. No exchange policy is available for international customers, but we strive for alternative solutions.

Delivery Attempts:
Customers are advised to be available during courier service timings (9 am – 5 pm IST). After two to three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel may be returned to the origin. Retaining the parcel for client pickup depends on the location and courier service. A re-courier will be done, and the customer may bear re-shipping costs.

Timely Claims:
Claims for non-received items must be made within 24 hours of shipping. Claims beyond this window will not be entertained or eligible for refunds/replacements.

Quality Assurance:
We recommend contacting us for assistance with any product-related issues. We ensure careful packaging for both domestic and international orders, with triple checks for damage.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Reasons:
We do not accept returns/exchanges for slight variations in color tone, handcrafted irregularities, personal preferences, weight, size, or intentionally bent earring stems. Certain issues, like fallen beads or stones, are fixable with fabric glue and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Size Chart and Back Ropes:
Please refer to the size chart before purchase. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for wrong-size orders. Back ropes, provided free, will not be replaced separately if found broken but can be shipped free of cost with the next purchase.

International Customers:
While no exchange policy exists for international customers, we provide responsible packaging and consider alternative solutions based on individual situations.
