Any order from the day of shipping domestic orders within India will take 5 to 7 working days for delivery. The tracking details will be on your mail and can be used to track the parcel. For International orders, depending on the country location, the order will take 7 to 9 days maximum.
We offer free delivery within India. However if your Pin code falls under an unserviceable area we may have to charge an additional delivery fee.
We ensure that your product is packaged securely with a tracking service to monitor your package during transit. This will help you keep track of your package and ensure that it is delivered safely on time.
As of now we are shipping only in India but we hope to reach you globally, so stay connected with us.
The shipping address could be changed /updated until the order is ready to be shipped. Please contact our team by emailing to us at support@VaishnaviFashions.com.
If the order is already being dispatched, we will be able to resend the order to a new address once the order is returned back to us. Delivery charges will be applicable on the same.
You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s) from our logistics partner. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

At Vaishnavi fashions we make sure to provide the best quality but still if it has happened so then do not worry we will replace the piece with a fresh one. As the Quality check of the product is complete you will receive a new piece.
The piece has been handcrafted specially for you so we’re sorry but it cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
All our pieces go through a quality check before they are delivered but incase a repair is required within 15 days of purchase it is not chargeable. In case it requires repair post that it will be chargeable as per the need of the product.
Yes of course you can do so by contacting us on orders@vaishnavifashions.com. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped then we cannot modify or cancel the order. Kindly note that customized pieces are not liable to be modified or cancelled.
Yes all the mentioned prices are inclusive of GST, for your reference we have provided the breakup at the time of checkout.
Our payment gateway accepts all major credit/debit cards. NEFT or RTGS bank payments are also possible.
All of the products are made with base of alloy/brass/copper/iron coated with matt/imitation golden colour. None of the jewellery sold on the website are one gram gold or real silver or real gold jewellery.
